S.E.S member singer actress Shoo will be coming back as a singer after 8 years.
She will be releasing a single album and promoting as a singer again. This is Shoo’s first singer activities previously as part of S.E.S 8 years back.
There will be 4 tracks included in the single album and the 4th track ‘With Me’ features the 2 otherb member Bada and Eugene. The title song to the single album, ballad track, ‘Other than me’ will show off Shoo’s cute and cheery image like that of S.E.S Shoo.
The single album is produced by production team Outsidaz from the States which also did many hits by singers in Korea like Lee Hyori, M, Bada, Jang Nara and A’ST1.
Shoo reveals her feelings about doing her singer comeback, “I am having the kind of feelings I had when I first debuted 12 years back in preparing this album.”

On 6th, TV Daily had a phone interview with Kim Jungkwan PD and he said, "First, Taeyeon is faultless regarding this matter. The other news articles which claimed 'Taeyeon started laughing while reading a letter from a listener' is wrong".
Kim Jungkwan PD continued, "I am very disconcerted regarding this incident, because it shouldn't have become this serious. There was a reason to why she laughed, but she didn't laugh after reading a letter from a listener or the typo on the script. At that time, there was a circumstance in the studio; Taeyeon burst out laughing because of that circumstance".
Also, he added, "Unfortunately, I am unable to explain to you what that circumstance was because it is an internal problem. At that time, Taeyeon apologized three times and I think it is wrong for her to apologize again during future radio session, when she is not at fault".
Finally, he expressed his frustration, "It is unfortunate to see the portion of media taking advantage of this matter and write malicious news articles that read 'After reading a story about how someone failed a test for college, Taeyeon laughed at it'".

It had been speculated that a drama would be Jeon Ji-hyun’s next project following her attempt to go global in Blood: The Last Vampire, but on December 6, her management company, Sidus HQ, confirmed her next role: the movie adaptation of Lisa See’s bestselling novel Snow Flower and the Secret Fan. It will be directed by Joy Luck Club’s Wayne Wang, co-stars (and is produced by) Zhang Ziyi, and is to be produced in English.
Snow Flower and the Secret Fan is set in 19th-century China and tells the story of two best friends, Lily and Snow Flower. The plot involves a secret language called Nu Shu, which is used only among women, and Zhang will take the lead role of Snow Flower. Although the book doesn’t overtly draw the women’s friendship as lesbian, their relationship has sensual overtones and includes a nude scene. (This scene is the reason that Shu Qi reportedly turned down the role.)

Big Bang's G-Dragon will be summoned to a criminal investigation for the violation of the Youth Protection Act and for lewd conduct.
The investigation will focus on G-Dragon's 1st solo concert last year, “Shine a Light”, which exhibited sexual and violent themes, and the fact that it was rated as "strictly prohibited for pre-teens under the age of 12".
The Eastern Seoul District Prosecutor official stated, “We are in the process of collecting and reviewing all the information on the subject matter,” then continued, “We will determine the specific time frame when G-Dragon will be summoned to this investigation after this.”
G-Dragon held his concert last December which included a sexy performance with a female dancer for his song, Breathe.
The prosecutors are seeking for reasons why “She’s Gone” and “Korean Dream”, which were banned by the same Act in November, were still added to the show.
The two songs mentioned are considered not suitable for minors and are prohibited for sale, rent, screening and/or distributing in any channels by this law.
Individuals who are convicted of lewd conduct according to the Article 245 will face fine not exceeding ₩ 5,000,000 and one-year imprisonment and the penalties for the violation of the Youth Protection Act are ₩ 20,000,000 in fines and three-year imprisonment.
A representative from YG Entertainment gave a statement on the issue saying, “YG will assist the investigators in this process and will take care of it on behalf of the client (G-Dragon)" and added, “we will hereby accept the decision and are responsible for the legal action taken according to the Act.”
